Refund Policy

Transparent and Student-Friendly

As a government educational institution, most of our services are free of cost. However, if any payments are made for specific events, applications, or services:

• Refunds will be issued only in case of duplicate or erroneous transactions, subject to verification.
• All refund requests must be submitted in writing or via email within 7 days of the transaction.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 10–15 working days through the original mode of payment.
